A finned tube machine (also known as an extruded fin tube machine or fin tube rolling mill) is a device that extrudes fins from aluminum tubes of varying specifications lined with copper or steel tubes by rolling and laminating them through internal cutting tools. The machine consists of a transmission, a rolling mechanism, and three sets of screw-down devices. The screw-down devices use a threaded pair to control the rolling pressure, and the helix angle adjustment mechanism uses positioning blocks and adjusting bolts to adjust the angle.
